Hi Folks,

For the uninitiated, 'Church' is our school vernacular for Sunday Sparring Club. A perennial feature of our before-times curriculum, 'Church' gave us all a chance to hone our technique under the pressure of an uncooperative opponent. It was awesome and I'm very excited to bring it back. 

All FTA students are welcome to watch, participation is limited to those with 6 months or more training time at the school. ln the coming session we will cover timing sparring, rolling, push hands and possibly Dao fencing. 

Mouth-guards are mandatory for participation.
